The Newton House Museum is housed in a restored two-story Quaker home of the mid-1800s. It allows visitors to view the quality and style of life lived over 100 years ago. It features a herb garden and one of the last remaining virgin stands of black walnut timberland in the state. The museum is open to the public on the first Sunday of the month, May – December, from 1 pm- 4 pm, or by appointment.
